The OP has asked if the regular income in a form of pension qualifies him to get DTV even if he does not work. I have answered that question and added that it has to be school, remote work etc. So ya all can stop bashing me alright :D

The OP asked: Can I get DTV when I am retiree, getting my pension, but no longer work?

I've said, probably not, as the VISA is for work, school, or medical treatments, aka, if you start working or fulfill any of the requirements, you can get the VISA. You can't get it based on pension income only.

I am not saying retiree can't work remotely. I am saying that pension itself is not remote work. Of course they can have a company or whatever and provide information that way.

But if you go there and fill in I AM RETIREE, here is my money, that is not for DTV.

I'm not so sure about it, the DTV visa does not mention pension at all. It says remote workers, medical travelers, or students of whatever in Thailand
