Phetladavone Lamlong Thongphay when I got my job over here, they, the company, sent me everything I needed and said go to Thai consulate in your country with this printed out. Many documents, tax docs, bank docs, etc for the company. Official job offer signed by company and me. It is fairly easy and the company should provide everything you need.

After arrival, the company will take them to immigration with more paper work and get them their work permit and yearly visa.
