We're currently in the process to obtain my daughter's citizenship but it's been a bit of a headache.

My husband is currently in the states (planning on visiting in the next few months) waiting on her documents to be authenticated by the Secretary of State...which is taking forever.

At the time we weren't sure how long it would take to renew all my paperwork bc I hadn't been in Thailand for awhile. Also we aren't sure how long my daughter's Thai citizenship would take to be authenticated (still on going).

Our lawyer also discussed how sometimes if the Guardian and child citizenship doesn't match while traveling it can cause some questions with immigration.
