self insured π until you have an emergency and the hospital bill is β¬90,000 and you set a GoFundMe page up ! Cheap skate who has no cover . No get off my comments stupid boy . You came to me ! Self insured ππππ you only have a couple of thousand euro in the bank and scrape by .
when you get rushed to hospital in an emergency. Itβs your insurance companies that is the middle man between Thai hospital and your Italian Dr/Hospital. The hospital digitally send over your records to the insurance and the Thai hospital.
Do you think insurance companies just pay the hospital bill and then donβt check your medical history ????????
As if , you are obviously someone hiding stuff yourself or have no insurance.
The Italian records will be sent over to the Thai hospital very very quickly and the insurance can see them .
noooooooo insurance companies can . There is a well known YouTuber that got taken in with a brain tumour. They nearly didnβt pay out , they got his drs records with in days . He didnβt declare his high blood pressure.
I worked in the insurance industry. Every NHS hospital a records office . We can gain records , without court orders . They release records , so the patient can be treated straight away .
Imagine insurance companies couldnβt gain records πππ everyone would just say they are healthy and no conditions you wally π
All I would say is be honest with the pre existing.
Declare everything. Even a disc bulge that was diagnosed 17 years ago . Because if something major happens. They get your UK or wherever you are from hospital records with in hours sometimes.
If they spot something not declared. A lot declare the policy void .
