Not sure, as I’ve had the notices going to Phuket as well as returning back into the US, however the notices are in English

I travel to Phuket 3 times a year and stay for 2 months a time from the US and have packed containers of protein powder, creatine, glutamine, amino’s as well as a variety of other supplements including vitamins. I’ve read other comments saying just buy them in Thailand however I like the brands that I’ve been taking and they don’t sell them in Thailand. I’ve had no problems as some of my luggage has been searched as they always leave a notice in your luggage if it has been searched.
