When I looked at it, those fields weren't indicated as being mandatory (not having the red *).

I did some exploratory testing on it earlier this morning from my cellphone. It doesn't appear to take into account those of us that live here on annual extensions and it's GUI is flawed on the second page.

It really doesn't surprise me as these people CLEARLY don't know what they are doing when it comes to IT 🤷
