it does not depend on withdrawal limits - my withdrawal limit is 1L INR that means nearly 40K THB - it depends on what Banks decide the withdrawal limit should be. Try to withdraw today or tomorrow, you will know.

I was able to withdraw only 10k with my Indian forex card, I tried every god damn ATM in Bangkok. They are doing this intentionally to charge 220 extra every time.
