Personally I would never recommend intentionally overstaying a visa. It will cause problems if you are randomly selected and checked by authorities while out and about and the overstay stamp "might" lead to issues with immigration when visiting in the future.

Sean, still too many headaches to run a business here. If they have the resources for the Elite visa, then they will probably do private banking since the starting capital requirements here are quite reasonable.
