I made a post a few weeks ago regarding my tourist visa having my surname spelled incorrectly. Incase anyone was still interested, I done nothing about it, and at Immigration in Bangkok about an hour ago she didn't bat an eyelid.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user reported their surname was misspelled on their tourist visa but stated that it did not cause any issues when they presented it at Immigration in Bangkok. Several comments followed, sharing similar experiences with name inaccuracies on official documents but noting that such errors often do not lead to complications.

I once changed T/ cheques and the receipt showed my name as Peter Citizen.

( British Citizen on passport )

And once got work permit showing - Peter Pritchony.

( middle name Anthony. )

Think someone ask him what he wanted for lunch as he was writing.

Both true ! Funny old place.
