When you read in this group some people openly say their soft power activity has ended, and they still use the visa to visit the country. That means their reason of stay no longer matches the visa, eg abuse of visa.

That is only true as long as they accept the border runs.

Nobody knows if they will accept this for the full 5 years, probably they will, probably they won't.

They also can check for requirements for the people doing border runs, because it is more likely these people also do not comply to the visa rules anymore.

People like you just leaving every 2-3 months for over 15 minutes will not have problems then.

The requirement is stil 500K, but when the embassy decides 500K = €, you better just accept it, because a discussion about the exchange rate might reduce chances of getting approval.

Every property owner is responsible for reporting TM30 for a foreigner staying at the property within 24 hours.

For TM47 (90 day reporting) there need to be TM30, in your case there should be 3 TM30 reports, but normally they don't check history of TM30 so only the most recent is important
