 yes exactly, i won't be having the issue but the accommodation he booked has his name on it and I'm just wondering what should i say if while interview they ask who are you sharing lease with or directly says that isn't he your employer?

 he is running business already for several years, and i am working for him for past 6 months and last in December he moved to Thailand on DTV and asked me to apply for DTV and come to Thailand.... he is EUROPEAN and business registered in Dubai.

 if they ask who is this guy you sharing lease? So I tell them it's my boss? As he sends salary from his personal account, his name is all over on employment contracts, business names etc

I am only worried about that what if they would say, you will stay with your employer? and you'll make office and blah blah, as he will pay for the villa.
