You can do a walk in as well. The whole process is very smooth. There are 2 buildings one is used for appointment only and the other one is a walk in.

They have a Dr. at the sight who assess the condition. And she is a difficult one to convince. She will ask you to get a letter from the embassy. Only that will do the trick.

Yes I got it back in 2 days . I was told that this is the procedure, was not left with a choice but definitely took the messengers license no.

But to be honest you will have to get a broker and pay them to get your stuff released.

I had the same experience with ups, they send a messenger who took my passport and then I was told that I will have to find my own broker to get the medicines released. Made multiple trips to the customs office at the airport
