You can apply online in Bali. Can submit your hotel booking, boarding pass for proof of residency.

500k must be in a personal account. You must apply from outside of Thailand and provide evidence of your location.

Day traders and content creators have been approved for DTVs. Why is it hard to prove? Screenshot sites You use, income deposits, sample of work, contracts etc. You can find posts in the threads from such applicants. LA does not accept brokerage accounts going by a post a couple months ago back in the threads.
