Oh yes I forgot that after my tourist visa finished I went out of the country and came back on 30 days, which was then extended for another 30 days. Then I went on to amnesty. Does that make a difference?

Quite right, I did mention that we were already planning to get married later on and the point of the post was to know whether we need to bring it forward due to the visa. I don't need to be married to get a visa as I will soon have a Thai child.

Yes, due to being 34 weeks pregnant. They said it would be better to try to get married quickly and skip the medical part but I was hoping to do the medical first and get married later

Thank you for your helpful advice. The British Embassy advised me to get married before 26th October but it seems that is not actually necessary?
