What documents are required for a SETV at the Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur?

In the Thai Embassy of Kuala Lumpur there are TWO different check lists for every visa applications. FIRST thing you have to do is check if the country of origin of your passport is on the list of restricted countries, if yes then you open the list with visa's for passport holders of restricted countries or else you open the list with visa's for other passport holders. Just to show the difference:

Remember KL requires an online appointment to turn in your paperwork AND to pick your passport back up

People have used a bus ticket as proof of onward travel but it has to be to another country (it can't just be to the border).

I've never noticed the proof of employment in Malaysia before on that list either. It could just apply if you living and working in Malaysia or are Malaysian. No idea if a bus ticket is acceptable there or not. With KL though, you absolutely have to supply what they require or you don't get the visa. I've seen a few reports lately that aren't big on giving visas now if you have a history of visas in your passport.

You also need to book an appointment to lodge your application AND to pick up your passport.
