Nope, got my 1st in Bkk, the last 20 in CM.

2 yrs during Covid, used agent rather then stand in crowd, but since Qual under IO, was cheap vs risk. Not knocking ' real agents ' but only if needed and you've done a due- duligence

it's up to the individual, if it's complicated for some , and I understand.

There are English speaking volunteers at ever immig office to assist.

If that's undesirable, ask an IO for a recommendation for agent.
