@Maarten ***
To clarify, would this be a physical, in-person application for a TR60 from the Thai Embassy/Consulate?

Follow-up to this, I'm also on a TR60:

1) How many days in advance is best to apply for a 30-day extension, or does it not matter?

2) Dumb rookie question: Best to bring in a copy of the passport or will they make a copy of everything they need while at the Immigration office?

3) Bonus: Any rules against repeating this 60+30 day process after the initial 90 days? I'd leave for Cambodia or Vietnam before returning to Thailand on the second TR60.

Thank you!

@Tom *****
Thanks Tom! Did you also arrive with a TR visa, or was it a 30-day exempt stay?

Thank you Stuart! Applying with the Los Angeles Royal Consulate. Agreed, seems unusual to request all accommodation for a single entry TR, given that I already provided a week's worth of hotel bookings.

@Steve ******
Thanks! In my current situation, the Embassy/Consulate is requiring bookings for onward travel + accommodation for entire stay during the TR application process.

Got it, thank you Jim! So, just to clarify, upon arrival with my TR in hand, Immigration might ask for a name, but they don't go all-in and contact the hotel to confirm, correct? If so, I'll book a hotel on Agoda, submit w/TR application and cancel if/after TR is approved

Thank you Daniel! When asked about accommodations for the remainder of your trip, did they require to see booking info, or just a verbal confirmation? Thanks!
