Not needed unless you are getting into a rental (not you, the landlord has to fill that). Or you need some service from Thai Immigration.

Most of tourists come just as tourists, would not even know TM30 even exists.

No. Hotels are not part of Immigration or Police in Thai. Whatever they register stays within a hotel. They do not and can not exchange that information with Immigration. Thailand is not like North Korea.

May I retort? Never EVER I have heard of TM30 over last 25 years. Only here.

With TDAC form, Thais know you have entered Thai, even other forms for other types of visa.

One guy, a 78 years old Sweede, told me yesterday, he had his TDAC submitted, printed, the Immigration officer did not even look at it. It was already on their screen.

What fcuk TM30 does unles you have to go for other things with Thai Immigration?

They simply stopped doing it, Thai government approved, nobody is doing TM30unless one needs Thai Immigration services.
