Yes I did, my employers actually gave me a month's grace period. I vividly remember getting back my passport after they took it to the immigration to cancel it. It was all done.
as sketchy as it sounds, thats what people do in China. They often rely on the agencies to do their visas, coz it saves lots of time and energy by appointing an agency to do it.
I did my visa several times with those agencies, all no problem until this time. The lady said i was probably blacklisted before this. And she said my case damaged her company's reputation therefore no Refund, this is whatever, i dont care..
would have to provide some documentation, i was lazy so just paid an agency to do it, which is very popular in china, which is what ppl do most of the time.
