When i transited late October, they didn't ask for anything at Singapore, just original point of departure where i needed the covid test etc.

 Came in Oct 30 didn't ask, I did look at booking cheap Singapore ticket. Left it without paying they send an email asking you to complete booking. Maybe do that if by any reason they do check just complete the booking on your phone quick
