Hello. A TM30 question here.
I'd like to rent a hotel room for 6 months but since it's a hotel, I will pay month by month and there is no lease or contract.
Will the owner still be able to submit the TM30 and get it approved without a lease?
Or as a foreigner for me it's better to avoid long term stays in hotels and simply choose a condo with a real lease contract?
I hold a non immi visa with work permit, and soon I will approach a new yearly extension (June), so I don't want to run the risk the immigration refuse to extend.
I'm also under a BOI visa (Chamchuri sq.) and I heard rumours about the TM30 is no longer needed... But its still not clear.
