TLDR : Answer Summary
This Q&A discusses resources for finding approved hotels for a one-night stay in Thailand, specifically in the context of post-arrival quarantine. Users shared links to helpful websites such as thaiest.com for AQ hotel packages, and mentioned options like Agoda. Comments clarify the distinction between ASQ and AQ hotels, highlight the possible delay for PCR test results, and share concerns over additional charges for extended stays. Furthermore, discussions about the reliability of test results and experiences with hotel protocols were noted.

Don’t they put you in jail for complaints against hotels may be he has just cause to hide when making a statement like that

NEWS FLASH just spoke to friend in hotel says that there isn’t the laboratory capacity to test people within 24hrs expect to stay in hotel for 3 days before you get your result. PS extending your stay is not at the same rate you booked it’s +100%

Test take 8 to 12 hours finit

Don’t book a one night with PCR the hotels are in cahoots with the laboratory you will test positive and have to remain there as they know you are (have to be) insured. It’s a closed loop scam

Worth waiting a few days to see what packages they come out with, there will probably be plenty by next week.

It will barely even be a night. I'm not that picky about where I stay. Off to my condo from there anyway

There are ASQ and AQ hotels. Most when you look them will say if they are certified

Same as ASQ hotels or not?

Well they don't offer a 1 day stay at any of the places I looked. So I contacted a few directly so we'll see. I got everything else already though
