So, the new that has been added is to tell the first day where you will stay on day 6-7 for your 2nd PCR test. How would I know where I stay by then! I need to check how to get to Krabi and that might be by train. Or if stay in Bangkok I will stay in Banglamphoo but not sure where before I am actually there. So is it really necessery to provide the info on your first day on the "Port Health Letter" as it is called? Flying in to Bangkok Test & Go.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the requirements for providing accommodation details in the Port Health Letter upon arrival in Thailand under the Test & Go scheme. There is uncertainty regarding whether travelers need to specify their exact accommodation for the second PCR test scheduled on days 6-7 after arrival. Contributors note that planning ahead can help, and some have reported needing to show proof of accommodation upon entering the country. Others share their experiences and suggestions on what to do if accommodation is not confirmed.
Had one what? Booking? My subject is IF we don't know for sure where we will be...can we leave that section in the form to filled out later. I stay alot with Thai friends and I need to get out on the town to check how to get to Krabi. But it seams better to stay arround for a week so all is clear.

There's actually a list of all the hospitals I saw it on another post, there's actually loads, a couple in every province from what I saw, there were two I can go to here in Sa keao, as fly out on Thursday and come back on the 5th, so I was wondering what I was going to do as well, I'm sure you can find the lost easy enough
Depends on if I can get train tickets or not. That I can't know before been out of my first day test & go hotel. But yes, sounds like best option is to waste a week in Bangkok to start with.

Most reports are of people being assigned bangkok hospitals. Not even sure yet if you're supposed to be allowed to leave the city until your second test.
But if you are allowed to leave then yes you must give them where you will be so they can schedule your second test.
the new law requires PCR. It's all a mess. Maybe they're hoping it will go back to normal on January 4th so they don't have to follow through with all the changes
if you have to get tested in Bangkok a week after you arrive, you're free to go but will have to return. Unless you want to be hunted down like the Israeli man in the news recently
the system is a mess still. Very inconsistent. People in Phuket are getting different information than people in Bangkok. Some people aren't getting anything. I honestly have no idea what the true answer is or who can give it at this point. It's possible people can just fall through the cracks, but it's a risky/scary proposition.
