TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to arrive in Thailand from December 12th to January 9th and is inquiring about the timeline and order for completing necessary paperwork. Respondents suggested waiting for updated entry regulations anticipated around November 1st, considering vaccination status which may affect quarantine requirements, and planning for COVID insurance and the Certificate of Entry (COE) as potential prerequisites.

Are you vaccinated or not .?

You might still have to quarantine depending on what country you coming from ?

So that means booking AQ.

Then you'll need covid insurance

Then COE

The rules are supposed to be changing from 1 November. Wait until we know what exactly the updated requirements are.
