How does the Instant 'Test & Go' Hotel Booking Confirmation process work in Thailand?

The way it works is your payment is securely processed directly into a merchant account that is owned by the related hotel.

Each one of our partners have secure access into a back-office system which they can view your documents, and details so they can quickly confirm/approval when you apply for a Thailand Pass. This allows us to remove the insecure email-based document collection which most hotels use.

This should remove majority of the communication between the hotels which can be hard due to timezones.
