PTPA: Hello, I just wanted to know if there are Philippines passport holders who have the DTV visa? Is it possible for me to go home to the Philippines and then go back to Thailand? Will I have any problems?

Question please...

We want to do everything properly, so can someone holding Philippines passport come into Thailand for the purpose of 1-month massage class/training on Visa Exemption? Or do we need to apply for TR-60 (Recreation Learning)?

This is what Thai Consulate LA say about Visa Exemption.

"Nationals of the following 93 countries and territories are entitled to Visa Exemption for the purpose of tourism, business engagement, or urgent work or ad-hoc work, for up to 60 days period of stay and can be extended for another period not exceeding 30 days."

They didn't say anything about recreation learning. So we are not sure.

Thank you kindly,

Hello, I have a question regarding DTV visa financial rrquirement. Is it necessary for the 500,000 Baht to be maintained in my bank account for at least 3 months prior to the application? Or would it be acceptable to deposit the full amount as a one-time transaction and simply request a bank certificate for submission? I have in and out money in my bank account but no maintaining balance with that amount. Thanks!

Edited: i have Philippines passport. Applying in PH- thai embassy

Hello everyone, I would appreciate if someone could point us in the right direction in terms of current entry requirements?

From what I've found, is that that I (German passport) and my partner ( Philippines passport) could just get a visa exempt 45day stamp and extend for another 30 days at the immigration right?

Some back ground, we used to live in Thailand for 5 years on a mix of work and ED visa, left Thailand 2019 and haven't been back since then.

Thanks in advance

Hello good afternoon guys, it’s me again and need some more help for my partner.

Background: I am in BKK on WP and my LGBT partner (we cannot get married) and I want us to live together here in BKK.

Question: do you have recommendation on a visa agency that can help to switch visa types so he can stay longer? Can this process be triggered when he flies in on a 30-day visa exemption?

Thanks in advance for your help. My partner is flying in on Monday so need some help ASAP so we can get his application started when he gets here

My partner’s passport country is the Philippines, same as mine.

Hello. An SETV issued in a Philippines passport came rubber-stamped with the statement "Period of stay not over 59 days according to bilateral agreement." The visa was used on Jan 31, admitted until March 31. Does the statement mean that they can't apply for a 30-day extension at immigration, or is it simply a statement clarifying the period of stay given upon entry?

Helping a friend regarding visa matter, She had Non Immigrant B Visa before and she resigned on her work and enter through Krabi International Airport (30 day Visa Free Stamp as Philippine passport holder) , then she went to Penang Malaysia but her Non Immigrant B has some problem so she went back by air in Hat Yai International Airport (new 30 day visa) , and now her HRD informed her that her documents will be available next month, what is the best for her to do, get 60-day TRV in Laos or exit again and go back to Thailand by air?
