How can a Chinese passport holder apply for a 9A visa to the Philippines from Bangkok?
Does anyone know how to appy for a visa to philippines in Bangkok?
I'm a Chinese passport holder who living here with VOA. and i'm pretty sure we people can enter philippines with 9A visa since Apr. 1st.
The problem is in most cases we would apply for a 9A visa in China. and i'm staying in Thailand. so... 😞😞😞

Summary so far
A user is seeking assistance on applying for a 9A visa to the Philippines while residing in Bangkok on a Chinese passport with a Visa on Arrival (VOA). The user notes that it has been confirmed that Chinese passport holders can enter the Philippines with this visa type since April 1st, but typically the application would be done in China, which poses a challenge as they are currently in Thailand.

Sorry but this is a Thailand visa site. You’ll probably have more luck asking in a Philippines visa site.
