TLDR : Answer Summary
An American currently in Thailand is considering a one-week trip to the Philippines and returning to Thailand before a departure flight on June 25. Key concerns include any potential issues when re-entering Thailand after the trip and whether to extend their stay in Thailand instead. It's noted that a Thai Pass is required for re-entry into Thailand, and they should be cautious about any regulations related to past COVID extensions. Having a return ticket may help mitigate unforeseen issues during re-entry.
and also must show prof of insurance even though you have the Thai pass . I had an issue April 29 flying from JFK in New York back to Thailand. I had the Thai pass and insurance but because the paper work was in Thai the airline at first would not let me board until I had insurance that was in English I had to buy insurance before I could get checked in . When I landed in Thailand then only the Thai pass was ok .
then you should be okay... have your return ticket to your home to show if asked on your return to Thailand....as well if asked by your airline on check-in in Manila.
