Hi!

My husband already has a non-b and work permit and we’re going to Malaysia for travel and also to apply for my non-o marriage visa (we both have Philippine passports). We’re bringing along our baby so Just want to ask if a 4month old baby who was born in Thailand and has a Philippine passport need visa (no stamps in his passport yet cos he was born here).

Thank you in advance😊

TLDR : Answer Summary
A 4-month-old baby born in Thailand and holding a Philippine passport will need a visa for travel to Malaysia. The baby's passport does not contain any stamps yet, as he was born in Thailand.

You get an Extension of Stay at a local Immigration Office, you get a new visa at a Thai Consulate.

But to answer the question, yes your 4 month old need a visa.

You have two options:

Or you make sure the boy has matching visa and dates, as 4 months old can not do border runs on their own.

Or just take him with you, get the visa exempt entry and after that let him overstay, children will not get fined for it.

Oh oops. Tourist visa fine or we’re gonna need to get him non-o as well?

I’m sorry, I’m not very familiar with this.
