I imagine it will come down to the documentation you provide from your company on whether they will issue a 90 day Non-B or not.

Keep in mind Lebanon is on the list of countries at some thai consulates that have to go back to their country to get a visa OR have to supply extra documentation and have their application reviewed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

I would contact the thai consulate in the Philippines and check to see how they handle it.
