TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers with a US passport and a Philippine passport must ensure they have a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours, a health insurance policy covering at least $100,000 specifically mentioning COVID-19, and a Medical Certificate. It's advised to confirm these requirements with the airline (KLM) before travel.

IMPORTANT : Check with KLM asap...

You will need the Medical Certificate and US $100,000 health insurance policy to show KLM at check-in and upon arrival with Thai Immigration.

You will need a covid 19 test testing negative that is not over 72 Hours old, health insurance that covers $100,000 (฿3.2million) in coverage that explicitly states it covers covid19, and an airline that arrives....good luck
