Hi all. Do you know how strict immigration is for visas for babies/toddlers? We need to renew our 13 month old daughter's visa. Someone at my work mentioned they don't really charge overstay for babies/toddlers, is that true? And if not, is the only other option is a visa run to Cambodia?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The community discussion focuses on the strictness of Thai immigration regarding visa regulations for infants and toddlers, particularly concerning the renewal of a 13-month-old's visa. A comment indicates that children under 12 may have more leniency with overstays, suggesting others have managed to let their children overstay without repercussions. The inquiry also asks about the feasibility of making a visa run to Cambodia as an alternative.

Up to 12 yrs old....unless rules changed. I know many people who let their kids overstay for years
