TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses the application process for a Non-B visa in Thailand, specifically regarding the necessary documents from the labor office. Comments suggest that the application should be initiated at an embassy or consulate outside Thailand, and that the employer is responsible for preparing the required documentation. Additionally, there is uncertainty about the wait time for receiving these documents, indicating potential delays due to the labor office's workload.

Guessing you are waiting for a receipt for a WP application, a WP3 (I think), how long is a piece of string ? The labour office may be busy, (or lazy).
