TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around seeking an example of a completed or approved Work Permit (WP) application in Thailand. Participants provide insights that clarify the difference between wanting to see a completed application and the receipt for having filed an application. They emphasize that the application process can vary based on job type and required documents, and advise that employers typically provide the necessary application forms and that the Ministry of Labor lists required documents.

Yes it is - this copy may be a little dated but very much the same as one I received. Also the WP. X would be checked according type of Application.

It was a Form letter signed by some officer of the Labor Ministry. Not exactly sure but it seemed to be "WP is in process - as a step beyond the WP. 3 which is WP Application accepted ( successful application)

are you wanting to see a completed application OR are you wanting to see the receipt of having filed an application for a work permit (WP3) that you use to take to the thai consulate when you apply for your Non-B visa?

Complete and approved application means you get the Work Permit. It all differs on the job and needed documentations. Your Employer should provide the application and Ministry of Labor hand out lists of what is needed.
