Hi guys 

A friend of mine got this Letter by e-mail from his lawyer & and his lawyer told him that it’s WP3 letter

I am having company here ,but never been in this situation before , but I do heard a lot of stories about this paper 

Wondering if you guys can confirm if this is the same WP3 which we require to obtain Non B visa

This form is the WP3 form that has to be filled out and handed in at the Department of Labour. Then you will get a document from them that states that you have applied for your workpermit and that form goes to the Thai Consulate.

With a WP.3 Application / Letter the person will have to go to a Thai Embassy / Consulate in another country (usually a neighbor country) to get the Non Imm. B 90 days.

It’s approval letter from ministry of labor instructing the request to submit additional documents within 30 days from the date mentioned on it. Which documents to submit are given in it too. Your company should know.
