How long does it take for an employer to obtain a work permit for an employee in Thailand, and is a return ticket required for a Non-B visa application?

Can anyone tell me how much time it took for employer to get WP for employee. And govt approvals.

Also while Applying for non b visa do we required return ticket ?

that is going to depend totally on how organized and motivated your employer is. They'd be the one to talk to about it. If a company has their ducks in a row it can be done pretty fast.
