When we enter Thailand with a DTV visa, do we have to present the TM 30 and TM 47 documents? How long do we have to do these? And how do we do it? Does anyone know?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When entering Thailand with a DTV visa, you do not need to present TM 30 or TM 47 documents. The TM 30 is a form submitted by your accommodation regarding your stay, while TM 47 is required only if you stay for 90 consecutive days. However, these documents are not needed upon entry.
TM30 is filed by the owner of the property you live in to say you live there, otherwise known as "Notification of Residence for Foreigners". TM47 is filed by you every time you spend 90 consecutive days inside Thailand, otherwise known as "Notification of Staying in the Kingdom"
legally yes, they should file one for you the first night you stay. Saying that not all do, particularly if they're trying to avoid tax. Also short term Airbnb is not legal unless they have a hotel licence
