A TM47 is form used to apply for marriage visa

Or applying to stay longer than 90 days

It’s not used for every 90 days as someone posted

You get it at your immigration office or you can download it

You’ll see 2 pages when you’ve printed it off you need print page 2 on back of page 1 or immigration will reject it

Used to obtain for example Non O marriage visa for 1 year

You can download it on Google but you’ll need print both sides of the form make sure it’s correct way up some offices reject it if not correct t

However you can obtain at any immigration office

You need to submit and register your TM30 online first, that is your address in Thailand.

If he owns a condo or leasing the land and owns the house he is his own landord.

If a foreigner in Thailand has a foreign guest staying in his home for more than 24 hours he must also fill in TM30
