Misplaced my list of items required for the Tm 47 but planning on taking copies of:

Passport data page

Entry stamp

Visa

Last extension

Have I missed anything please?

Yes, in Krabi it is just your passport, the lady scans it, waits for the print out, you sign it, the tear of the bottom part, staples that in your passport and see you again in 90 days. In Khon Kean it even was more strange, did not even visited the office, no copies, no application forms nothing, I used the on line system.

, is it again different per imm. office ? In Korat I just hand over my completed TM47 and passport. Ofcourse the TM6, visa, last yearextension and tm30 notification slip as also the last 90 day slip are stapled in my passport. But never needed/asked for copies...
