TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, the TM-47 form for 90-day reporting can be completed online, similar to the TM-30. Users can submit their reports online 14 days prior to the due date, provided they have previously registered in person. There may be technical issues for some users, so it is recommended to disable pop-up blockers or try different browsers if problems arise.

remember that b/s piece of paper is totally worthless :O

What you want is the "next appointment print" option as that prints the paper you carry in your passport

I do it 14 days early.

Did it myself Sunday, Approved Monday.

Used Chrome and incognito browser on my phone, because security certificate has expired.

I have informed immigration of the error, but not holding my breath on it getting fixed.

Did 5 last Monday before the certificate expired using Opera browser on the PC. 3 hours for approval.

Yes. 90 day reporting can be done online 14 days prior up until the due date, providing you have done a report in person previously so your details are on the database. Technical issues stifle some people/browsers. Turn off pop up blockers and use a different browser if you have issues.

. I thought it was 14 to 7 days prior to due date. Has it changed?

Up to 14 days before and 7 after the due date but that's in person, I'm not sure about the timescale for online reporting.

you are absolutely correct. 14 days before up to the date of expiration. I now use the app on the android platform and it works great.
