TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for the 90-day notification (TM47) suggests that it's necessary to keep a printed copy of the report. If you don't have a printer at home, alternatives include saving the report as a PDF and printing it at an internet cafe or copy shop. It's advisable to carry a printout in your passport for official purposes.

You should print it out and keep a print out in your passport. You should be able to save the 90 day report as a PDF, and take it to an internet cafe and get it printed out.
