TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around whether one can open a Bangkok Bank account in Pattaya and subsequently obtain the necessary bank statements from a different branch when applying for a visa extension. It is noted that every bank branch can provide statements for the last six months and that longer periods might need to be requested from headquarters. Participants suggest contacting the bank via email, ensuring enough funds remain in the account, and being mindful of the timing for when to gather the required documents. It's also mentioned that a small transaction may be necessary on the day of the immigration visit.

When I had bank account with SCB, I had internet banking. Surely, if it's the same as the UK you can print your bank statements yourself.

The letter isn’t good for very long and you’ll need a small transaction the day you apply,I’d get your extension then move and open another account where your living and transfer the 800k and don’t forget to get a new tm30

thats not a problem. I hope when you transferred you kept ฿400k minimum in your account as required by immi

You can request the letters, statements via your local branch. However it will take a couple of days and the letter/statements are only valid for 7 days from the date they were issued. So you have to get your timing right. You'll also need your bank book updating on the day you go to immigration.

Shouldnt be a problem. You can always email bangkok bank and inform them of which branch you will collect the needed forms from. And that branch will have a heads up.

Every Bank branch can give you a statement for the last 6 months. Statements for 12 months they have to order from Bangkok Headquarters. However, many branches will refuse any service and gonna tell you to visit your home branch.
