Hi there.. popped into group to ask a question so thanks for letting me in. For 6 years I have always banked 400k for the period to clear my marriage extension. THIS year I want to put a chunk into a house for family. I receive royalties in excess of 50-80k pcm from Los Angeles paid direct by international transfer to a BKK Bank account. Could anyone please verify if printed statements from the bank showing the deposits highlighted for 12 months + is enough since the embassies stopped verifying for immigration? This is a new experience for me and hoping I don't have to postpone purchase for 3 months. Responses appreciated in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired if printed bank statements from their Thai bank, showing monthly international transfers, would suffice for their marriage visa extension application. One comment confirmed that a minimum of 40,000 THB international transfers monthly for at least 12 months is required, suggesting that the documents should indeed meet the criteria without needing to delay the purchase of a house.
It is a minimum of (edit) International transfers of 40.000 Thb into a Thai bank account in your name on a monthly basis for at least 12 months prior your application date
From personal experience, better ask your local immigration office, unless you are going to one of the big ones that the admins on this page knows, if they will accept it this way or not, even though it is indeed allowed by the law/rules.
My father had his rejected with bank papers showing way past 40k a month for 12 months of international transfers.
I believe the transfers have to be shown as International Transfers from your home country into your SOLE named Thai bank account of at least 40,000 Thai baht EACH TRANSFER monthly. Not in an account which is jointly owned by you and your Thai wife. Am I correct Robert Lagas?
