Can I use a newly opened bank account statement in Laos for my Thai tourist visa application?
Applying for a tourist visa in Lao Vientiane, my bank account here in Lao is newly open less than a month with $1500 in it, can I use the statement to apply at the Thai embassy for tourist visa, or can I use my country of origin bank statement that is more than 5 years and surpass the 20,000bht requirement.

I just showed my Aussie bank balance on my phone App. He didn't even want to see it.

WHICH part of the requirements do you NOT understand: "Single-Entry Tourist Visa: 3-month financial statements with an average balance of 20,000 baht per person" . . . . this can be the statement from ANY bank, anywhere, as long as you can prove it is an original statement or copy from your account balance
