Don’t go on Monday or Thursday and go about 10am

If you apply on a Tuesday or a Wednesday its relatively quiet. Get there around 7:30am.

Many people go there because it is the only Consulate in the area where they ask no proofs for application of Tourist Visa. Easy is every other Consulate or Embassy but you have to meet their requirements.
