TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the application process for a Thai tourist visa, suggesting that applying through the consulate is straightforward and manageable on your own, rather than through an agent, who may charge fees for services that can be done without assistance. Recommendations for international insurance, specifically mentioning Arawan Namak, are also noted, alongside tips on visa exemptions and the Certificate of Entry (COE) application.

To do process yourself is not too difficult and plenty of help here, in this group. Which visa do you want to apply for. Or for visa exemption, just go straight to COE application. Read requirements. Upload. Easy.

Do it yourself, it's not difficult. An agent will basically charge you to do it for you and then just tell you what's on the Thai embassy website already.
