Will a single re-entry permit affect my application for a Non O Marriage visa in Sydney?

Ive got a non o marriage extension which runs out end jan 2027.

Im going to Australia in october but unsure wether ill be back before the Non O extension runs out

If i buy a single re entry permit before I go at immigration hua hin will that affect me applying for a Non O Marriage 90 day E visa if I apply in sydney before the end of January.

Just unsure as its been a few years since ive had a extension
