My non o based on marriage that I got in Australia expires on October 8th...I am now on a 60 day extension visiting family. When I go back to immigration when my extension expires, am I applying for a new non o 90 day visa or an extension based on marriage?

TLDR : Answer Summary
You should apply for a one-year extension of stay based on your marriage to a Thai national when your current 60-day extension expires.

Can we do it at any branch or only in Bangkok (Chaeng Watana)?
