What should I put for the "on date" and "arrival date" in the TM30 form for my visa extension in Thailand?

My landlord never filed a TM30 for me when I arrived and I now require one for Visa extension and I will have to go and file TM30 myself.

I have all the required documents(ID's, PoA, house registration, etc.) and filed the TM30 form but I'm unsure what to put in the "on date" and "arrival date" fields, should I put the original date I arrived at the condo or just the current day?

If it's MTT, they do not need a power of attorney

Some people have been able to get around a fine by staying a night in a hotel. You either get the hotel to print out the screenshot that that they filed for you and use that or go the next day and say you’re now back at your condo and are apply within 24 hours. Of course with the TM30 online system currently down that may not be an option, but then again they don’t have access either so if you just put the current date no one would be any the wiser.

It crossed my mind to stay at a hotel after I realized the almost comically amount of paperwork I needed to file this myself, for what amounts to basically

"hey, I'm at this adress now" Would've been easier if i could share my location on LINE 😆

The original arrival date is about 2 months back and obviously I would have to pay a fine(how much?) but are there any other repercussions that may come along with such a late filing?

They will charge you 800thb as late fine at MTT (half of 1600thb normal fine). Don't see any other problem as long as you have all papers.

is it 800 regardless if it's 1 day late or 2 months late?

Did you let your landlord know you returned from your trip, and to refile you in the system?

I arrived from outside the country and my landlord never filed a TM30 for me on this adress, I guess he wasn't aware about this.

How do you know he didn't apply for you at your current address?

it's a new lease and when asked about my TM30 filling they had no idea about it but now they've been helpful in giving me the necessary papers.

Which immigration office are you trying to use?

are there other immigration offices in the Bangkok area I could file this at, Other than Muang Thong Thani?

MTT is the only immigration office that you can use, since that’s where you live (to keep it easy and simple)
