I renewed my extension of stay (ret) inbetween 90 day reporting, therefore the system obviously has my old expiry date stored. It seems online reporting is not possible in these circumstances.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is facing issues with online 90-day reporting after renewing their extension of stay, resulting in the old expiry date remaining in the system. Other users suggest using the web portal instead of the app for reporting, sharing experiences that going directly to the immigration office was the most effective solution, where they were able to get their dates updated quickly.

We had the same problem ended up going to immigration they said it was because we had left the country and flown back in so dates in system didn’t match up, it took a total of 15 minutes to get new 90 day report
Yes understand that which we tried to did on new dates but system wouldn’t let us, so went into immigration and did reporting and that’s what we were told.
other than reseting the date your 90 day report is due exiting and re-entering the country shouldn't affect your 90 day report anymore.
If you exited/re-entered the country your next 90 day report is due 89 days from the date you entered thailand last no matter what the receipt you have in your passport says
while you're covered on amnesty until the 31st of July, we advice people on long term extensions (education, employment, retirement, marriage, raising kids, volunteering etc) to just go do your 90 day report when it's due. The imigration offices aren't busy and there is no reason to really not go do it
... no joy... was worth a try but I'm convinced its because my extension date expired in between reporting... I'm sure it will be fine next time after the office updates the system
